About Us

Traditional Martial Arts Dimensions (TMAD) is an inclusive martial arts organisation dedicated to preserving the depth and diversity of traditional martial arts while evolving them for real-world self-defence and practical applications.

At TMAD, we believe in the power of collaboration and the shared pursuit of martial excellence. Our platform unites like-minded practitioners from disciplines such as Taekwondo, Karate, Tang Soo Do, and others, fostering a community built on mutual respect and shared values. Working together, we uphold the traditions of our respective arts while embracing opportunities to grow through collective insight and experience.

TMAD’s training philosophy emphasises the uniformity of collaborative practice, ensuring a consistent and cohesive approach to skill development. Through structured yet adaptable training programs, we enable martial artists to refine their techniques, deepen their understanding, and apply their knowledge effectively.

Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or a school seeking to expand your curriculum, TMAD offers a supportive environment where tradition meets innovation, and martial artists thrive together.
